Product Support
Customers who purchase our software are entitled to 90 days of free product support. Thereafter, a maintenance contract is required. Our standard maintenance agreement is renewable on an annual basis and provides:
- Unlimited email support
- Unlimited telephone support between 09:00 and 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday
- All patches, bug fixes and version upgrades
Additional levels of service can be arranged on an individual basis. Overseas customers may also be able to obtain first line support from their local agent.
Training
We also offer a full range of training on our products, from initial user education through to advanced macro programming courses. For overseas customers this may be provided through the local agent. Please contact us for further information.
