Support for all Oracle Primavera products is managed by the specialist Primavera team at Oracle, offering 24/7 access to
technical resources via the My Oracle Support portal. These include:
- Logging and tracking Service Requests
- Knowledge Base access
- Patch and Update Management
- Database and System Monitoring
- Forums and Blogs

However you contact Oracle Support, you will need your CSI (Customer Support Identifier) to demonstrate that you have
a current support agreement with Oracle. You will have received this from us when your order was completed.
We are also able to offer application and system level support to complement the Standard Support provided by Oracle.
This can be on a per-incident basis or take the form of a contract that provides a specified number of hours assistance
per year, delivered either remotely or on site as appropriate. Unused support credits can be taken as other professional
services or rolled over to the following year subject to certain restrictions.
